Note: fields only get populated once that stage actually fires for a given rider — e.g. a name/city only shows if the original lead form captured it (most installs here come from backfilled/3PL records with phone only), and bd_flag is only ever set once someone reaches Onboarded, so it will always be blank on the two pre-Onboarded gaps below. This list is backed by a matview refreshed hourly at :35 (querying the live funnel view directly hit PostgREST's statement timeout — it's a heavy multi-way join), so it can lag by up to an hour; it also reflects whatever the underlying app-DB feeds last synced — see the staleness banner on the Funnel tab if that's a concern.
